Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all major cities and regions in Pakistan.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: Rs. 200–300
  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000 (optional — edit as needed)

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled or returned.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
